1.) Write down your goals and make them clear and detailed. Don’t just say I want more money. How much exactly?
2.) Practice daily affirmations to shift your mindset and become more positive, grateful, open, etc.
3.) Quit the blame game and be realistic about your actions and words. The outcome of your life is dependent on your attitude.
4.) Try meditation or sitting still with no distractions every day. Focus on your goals and ask yourself what it would feel like if you received them? Sit with those positive feelings.
5.) Script! Scripting is when you journal as if you already have received your goal. Instead of writing, “I want a new job,” write something like “I have a new job and love going to work every day.” Feel free to go into as much detail as you want. If you want a husband, write about your husband and all the great things you love about him.
6.) Avoid negative distractions and people. Create boundaries or unfollow things that bring unhappiness. You are who you surround yourself with.
7.) Stop wondering how, what when, things will happen and trust in the universe and most importantly yourself.
8.) Practice gratitude every day! Some people have daily journals or apps. The thing that has worked for me is saying one thing I’m grateful for before every meal I have. It’s simple and quick.
9.) Come from a place of love. Don’t force it but try to do something every day that’s nice for others. When you spread love and light genuinely, you attract good energy back to you.
10.) Work! Yes, you heard that right. Continue working on the things you love, exercise, eat healthy, work on your hobbies. Staying active and doing the things that make you happy with align you the best path forward.
