Healthy & Happy Habits to Start Today!

One realistic way to love yourself more is to have healthy habits weekly and daily. Whether it’s preparing things the night before or daily tips, I believe they can make your day a little better. I hope you enjoy it!

  • prepare coffee grounds/filter/water before bed
  • pick up your room or house before bed
  • read or write affirmations every day
  • always pack your water bottle
  • keep non-perishable healthy snacks in your car or purse
  • have no phone time once a day for 10 minutes
  • workout while watching your favorite show
  • schedule facetime or phone dates with friends
  • wash your sheets every time you do laundry
  • buy extra bed sheets
  • pause and take one deep breath after you come back from the bathroom
  • chop up veggies and fruits when you buy them
  • schedule social outings weeks out
  • tell yourself you love yourself while you brush your teeth
  • have timers for medications
  • have reminder timers for bedtime
  • have more positive visual reminders around your house
  • put a full water bottle in the fridge before bed
