Who Wins Peter’s Season of The Bachelor? One of my favorite things about watching The Bachelor is reading the fan theories about who wins. Today, I was reading one in particular about one of the producers. I was pretty skeptical because she’s with him all the time filming so any pictures with him are expected. Her name is Julie LaPlaca and she’s been with the Bachelor show for a while, most notably being good friends with Hannah Brown. I listed out the evidence below of what others have gathered about her and Peter. At first I didn’t believe it but then I did some of my own digging.
First things first. Twitter user, @betsu_kibret pointed out that Peter’s brother and mom both follow Julie. Sure, okay not that weird. Julie’s met his family on the hometown dates. This information really meant nothing to me.
Then people on Twitter point out that Peter spent New Years Eve with his family AND Julie. She’s his producer and he was on the NYE Countdown show being interviewed. It seems kind of normal that Julie might just be there working as a publicist for abc while he does interviews for The Bachelor.
Then people point out the fact that Peter’s dad, Peter Weber posted a picture captioned, “New Years Eve Lunch with the gang at Carmine’s.” Julie is in the photo along with her mom. Being skeptical, I’m thinking that this is pretty normal because she’s already in town with him working. It would be generous of his family to invite her. Although, her mom too….. random.
Weirdly enough, she posted a photo from NYE with Peter in the background and Hannah Brown comments, “I approve.”

So they are either hiding Julie in plain sight or they are really trying to make us believe it’s her to throw us off with these little things.
In the promo of the season finale, they talk about how this is so unexpected and then his mom cries and says bring our girl home. I’m still kind of thinking Hannah Brown but I think it’s interesting because they show a shot of what looks to be Julie and Peter. Most likely she’s just working on the set that day but she’s away from the entire rest of the producers and the camera is visibly on her.
So, I do some digging into her. Everything seems fine until I get to Julie’s Pinterest. You couldn’t tell if it was her account from the photo so I doubled checked her followers and compared it to her instagram followers and more than five matched. The one and only board that is open is a board called “Wedding” that was created five months ago. Right around the time the show wrapped. Seems a little odd right? She would reallllllly have to be throwing us off to make this board. Or is it for herself?
What she pinned was quite on point to the Bachelor. Pins like “thank you for being apart of our journey,” and “home is wherever I’m with you” and more travel themed things. Hmmm, they have traveled the world together on Hannah’s season and his season of the Bachelor.
Even a pin for cigars at a wedding. Like what are the odds she just happens to make a wedding theme board? Will Julie and Peter get married in March just before the show airs to end the season??

Word on the street is Peter and Julie were seen at JFK last week. The plot only deepens!
This theory is all sorts of crazy but who knows maybe it’s all a plot to guide us away from the real winner…..Hannah Brown.
