The BEST BBQ Cauliflower Wings – Summer-time is right around the corner so that means barbeque. I love BBQ in the summer but I prefer eating vegetarian. As a solution, I make BBQ Cauliflower Wings. These wings are perfect as an appetizer or for dinner. Whether you like a sweet barbeque wing or spicy, you can personalize this recipe to make it perfect for you and your guests.
I love buying heads up cauliflower and chopping them down to bite size pieces then freezing. It’s cheaper than buying frozen cauliflower and it’s nice to not have the pressure of the fresh cauliflower going bad if you don’t use it all. This recipe can feed 3-4 people their dinner for a night. I use about 1/2 – 3/4 of a cauliflower. It was pretty large so if you are using a smaller one, just make the entire thing.
If you eat gluten free, swap the flour with GF flour and swap the bread crumbs with GF bread crumbs.
I hope you enjoy these cauliflower wings! Let’s begin!
Step One: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop the cauliflower into bite size pieces and set aside. Mix together flour, almond milk, paprika, garlic, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Step Two: Pour italian bread crumbs into bowl. Dip cauliflower into batter then dip into bread crumbs and lay on sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step Three: Take them out after 20 minutes and let them cool for 5 minutes. Make the sauce by mixing the BBQ sauce, honey, and sriracha. Then drizzle it over the cauliflower wings and mix together until they are fully coated. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Step Four: Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness. Salt lightly and let them cool.
Once you are done, eat them once they cool! I like serving them with extra hot sauce, honey mustard, or my vegan dill dip!
