BBQ Cauliflower Wings

A sweet and spicy treat for any occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2-3/4 Head of a Large Cauliflower Frozen or Fresh
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup BBQ I use Sweet Baby Rays
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha Use 2 Tbsp if you want it extra spicy!

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. If cauliflower is frozen, steam cauliflower on high for 20 minutes then drain
  3. Chop cauliflower down into bite size pieces
  4. In a bowl, mix together flour, almond milk, garlic powder, cayenne powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter
  5. In a seperate bowl pour italian bread crumbs into
  6. Dip each cauliflower piece into the batter then roll into bread crumbs and lay on sheet pan
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
  8. In a bowl, mix together BBQ Sauce, Honey, and Sriracha to create sauce
  9. Take cauliflower out of oven and and let cool for 5 minutes then pour BBQ sauce onto wings and mix together until all wings are covered
  10. Let cook for 15 more minutes
  11. Take wings out and flip around and then broil for 2-3 minutes
  12. Sprinke salt over wings to taste and serve immediately!

Notes

These are great dipped with ranch, honey mustard, or hot sauce. Serve them by themselves or with salads, tacos, and quesadillas.
