Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Just when I started reaching towards my flour and sugar to make cookies one late night, I thought to myself, maybe I could make this healthy? I love finding new ways to make junk food healthy because I know in the end I’ll feel better after eating a protein ball than chocolate chip cookie. But of course I still love chocolate chip cookies every once and while.

I love these protein balls because they are perfect for any time of the day. You can grab them on the go for breakfast or a side at lunch or even dessert at the end of your day. I like love adding raisins and coconut shreds for extra flavor and texture but it’s totally up to you when making your own.

When you are stirring the mixture, if it feels too dry or the protein powder is still “powdery” add water one tablespoon at a time. I roll mine out with my hands but using a cookie scooper will work perfectly too.

I hope you enjoy my Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls! If you like them please share them with me on social media so I can see your creations too.
