Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

An easy and healthy snack to make when your on the go and need something sweet
Servings: 20 Small Protein Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Rasins Optional
  • 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Water

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients using a large spoon or mixer
  2. On parchment paper, roll out the mixture into 1 inch balls and lay on paper
  3. Set in fridge for 1 hour. Keep refridgerated in closed container for longer shelf life
