This sweet banana vanilla smoothie is a great way to switch up your smoothies. It’s great along side vanilla protein too.
My other new favorite addition to my smoothies is swapping out honey with a date for a sweetener. I love snacking on dates and if you’ve never tried them, I highly recommend! Make sure you get them without the pits or your smoothie will have a big seed in it.
Ingredients:
- Bananas
- Vanilla
- Date
- Peanut Butter
- Almond Milk
- Water
- Ground Flax Seed
- Ice
- Collagen
- Vanilla Protein
You can always use Almond Butter if you prefer that. I go back and forth between almond butter and peanut butter. Any nut butter would be great with this.
If you like sweet and salty flavors together then add some sea salt to the smoothie. Just a dash! It will elevate your smoothie more than you think!
This doesn’t make a massive smoothie so if you are looking for more add more almond milk, water and banana if needed.

Banana Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana Frozen or fresh
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Date
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Ground Flax Seed
- Handful Ice
- 1 scoop Collagen Optional
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Optional
Instructions
- Mix ingrediants together in a blender and serve immediately!
