Sweet banana smoothie with peanut butter and sweet vanilla

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana Frozen or fresh
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Date
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Ground Flax Seed
  • Handful Ice
  • 1 scoop Collagen Optional
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Optional

Method
 

  1. Mix ingrediants together in a blender and serve immediately!
