Truffle Fries
Easy french fry recipe with white truffle oil drizzled over.
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp White Truffle Oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Peel potatoes then chop into 1/4 inch pieces.
In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, potatoes, and salt until the potatoes are fully covered.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then cook for another 15 minutes
Let cool for 5 minutes then drizzle over truffle oil to get the french fries covered.
Serve with fresh parsley and sea salt.
