Truffle Fries

Easy french fry recipe with white truffle oil drizzled over.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp White Truffle Oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Peel potatoes then chop into 1/4 inch pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, potatoes, and salt until the potatoes are fully covered.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then cook for another 15 minutes
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes then drizzle over truffle oil to get the french fries covered.
  6. Serve with fresh parsley and sea salt.
