Apple & Oats Breakfast Bowl

A healthy breakfast bowl that's easy and keeps you fill until lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Any oil works
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp Real Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar OPTIONAL

Instructions
 

  • On medium heat, pour the oil into a medium sauce pan
  • Chop the apple and place into pan for 7 minutes to cook
  • Add cinnamon and mix around apples and continue to cook until apples are soft
  • Pour in maple syrup and oats and mix together until apples are full covered. Add tablespoons of water if pan gets very dry
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over mixture then serve, enjoy!
