Apple & Oats Breakfast Bowl

A healthy breakfast bowl that's easy and keeps you fill until lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Any oil works
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp Real Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar OPTIONAL

Method
 

  1. On medium heat, pour the oil into a medium sauce pan
  2. Chop the apple and place into pan for 7 minutes to cook
  3. Add cinnamon and mix around apples and continue to cook until apples are soft
  4. Pour in maple syrup and oats and mix together until apples are full covered. Add tablespoons of water if pan gets very dry
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar over mixture then serve, enjoy!
