Avocado BLT

An amazing twist on a BLT

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 3 thin slices Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Greens
  • 2 pieces Bacon
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1-2 tbsp Hellmans Mayo

Method
 

  1. Follow instructions on Bacon package and cook thoroughly
  2. When the bacon is half way done cooking, add minced ginger
  3. Toast bread and spread with mayo
  4. Top toast with tomatos, mixed greens, and avocado
  5. Cut both pieces of bacon in half and lay on to sandwhich
  6. Close sandwhich and serve immediately
