Baked Zucchini

A healthy baked zucchini that tastes satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Zucchini The larger the zucchini the more it will make so I reccomend a small zucchini for one person
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 355 degrees
  2. On a sheet pan drizzle olive oil
  3. Peel entire zucchini onto pan
  4. Mix together the zucchini and olive oil until everything is evenly coated
  5. Lay the zuchini flat and spinkle garlic powder and italian bread crumbs onto zucchini
  6. Baked for 10 minutes then flip the zucchini so they are evenly baked
  7. Bake for another 10 minutes then let cool
  8. Broil for 2-3 minutes if you want it extra crispy
  9. Serve immediately
