Method
- Place a double-pan boiler on burner and turn stove to medium.
- Put cheese in pan and stir every couple minutes
- In a blender, mix jalopeanos, tomoatos and refried beans until smooth.
- When cheese is fully melted, pour mixture into pan with cheese. Stir until fully integrated.
- Turn stove to down to low and let the cheese sit for ten minutes then serve.
- Corn scoop chips are the best chips for this queso!
Notes
This is my late grandma's cheese dip and it never get's old. It serves so many and you have the option to turn up the spice when you want to.
