Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Bruschetta

A crispy baguette with a goat cheese spread, topped with sauteed red peppers.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1 Baguette
  • 3 Red Peppers
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • Olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Slice baguette into ½ inch pieces then distribute onto cooking sheet and drizzle olive oil over bread lightly. Put into oven and cook until crispy and lightly browned (or your desired texture)
  3. Chop red peppers into ½ inch slivers then saute in frying pan with olive oil until softened and charred lightly. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Put goat cheese into bowl and stir until creamy. Spread onto toast then add 1-2 slices of pepper.
  5. Serve and eat immediately.

Notes

This Goat Cheese Bruschetta recipe is simple with a couple products. I love bringing this to parties and impressing my friends with a fancy looking spread.
