Salmon Patties

Easy salmon patties to have with sandwhices or with your breakfast sandwhich.
Servings: 5 Patties

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Frozen Atlantic Salmon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeano
  • 2 tsp Mayo
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Method
 

  1. Get frozen salmon and cover in 1 tsp of olive oil and 1/2 of salt and pepper then wrap in foil and put in oven 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Cook peppers and onions on skillet until softened
  3. In a food processor, blend together onions, bell peppers, egg, rest of salt and pepper, cilantro, jalapeno, mayo, soy sauce, and garlic powder then place in large bowl.
  4. When the salmon is done, add to salmon food processor and blend for a couple seconds until chopped but not smooth. Add salmon to large bowl and mix together.
  5. Add in bread crumbs and combine mixture then create small 1 1/2 inch balls.
  6. Place patties on skillet on medium high heat and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until crispy. Enjoy!
