Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

A savory morning toast for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice Sourdough Toast Any bread is will be fine
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese I use Kite Hill Dairy Free
  • 1/2 Small Avocado
  • 3 slices Tomato
  • 3 slices Red Onion
  • 2-3 pieces Lox (Smoked Salmon) I use Ducktrap Nova Lox

Method
 

  1. Toast sourdough bread
  2. Spread Cream Cheese on warm toast
  3. Lay avocado toast over cream cheese
  4. Put onion on top of avocado
  5. Add tomato and spread evenly across toast
  6. Top with salmon and serve immediately
