Vanilla Protein Powder
(I use Tone It Up Protein)

Chia Seeds

Ground Flaxseed
Handful
Ice Cubes

Optional - Collagen Peptides
(I use Vital Proteins)
Instructions
In a blender pour Almond Milk and add ice cubes until it's to the milk level.
Then add protein powder, collagen peptides, cinnamon, chia seeds, ground flaxseed.
Add Banana and spoonful of peanut butter to blender.
Blend together then top with cinnamon! Enjoy!
