Protein Smoothie: Peanut Butter Banana

Delicious and healthy smoothie that's great for breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 spoonful Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Tone It Up Protein)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • Handful Ice Cubes
  • 1 scoop Optional - Collagen Peptides (I use Vital Proteins)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender pour Almond Milk and add ice cubes until it's to the milk level.
  • Then add protein powder, collagen peptides, cinnamon, chia seeds, ground flaxseed.
  • Add Banana and spoonful of peanut butter to blender.
  • Blend together then top with cinnamon! Enjoy!
