Protein Smoothie: Peanut Butter Banana

Delicious and healthy smoothie that's great for breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 spoonful Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Tone It Up Protein)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • Handful Ice Cubes
  • 1 scoop Optional - Collagen Peptides (I use Vital Proteins)

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. In a blender pour Almond Milk and add ice cubes until it's to the milk level.
  2. Then add protein powder, collagen peptides, cinnamon, chia seeds, ground flaxseed.
  3. Add Banana and spoonful of peanut butter to blender.
  4. Blend together then top with cinnamon! Enjoy!
